Everyone knows that when it comes to social media, Bonang Matheba is one not to be messed around with as she's sent many tweeps packing with some of the most hilarious but stinging clapbacks, but it seems some people just can't get the memo.
Although the Global Citizen Festival took place this past weekend, it remains one of the trending topics on social media. Bonang, who co-hosted the show alongside award-winning comedian and The Daily Show host Trevor Noah, is also still a hot topic after the festival.
The media personality has hosted quite a number of live shows and has gained a great reputation for her talent and seemingly effortless skills. However, masters can make mistakes too and unfortunately, haters are constantly lurking in the background for the smallest of mistakes.
While she was speaking on stage at the festival, the media personality accidentally mispronounced 'education', and even though Matheba might have been able to pick up from her mistake, a tweep decided to call her out. Tagging the media personality in a post, a tweep brought it to her attention that he had noticed the mistake, saying that people were ignoring and pretending to not have heard it in an attempt to make it a laughable matter. However, Matheba silenced the tweep calling him an "underachiever" and "outsider".
