The powers that be on SABC 1’s Uzalo are clearly on a mission to secure only the best talent for the show.
The latest addition on Uzalo is popular actor, Thobani Nzuza. The Kwa-Zulu Natal-born actor is set to portray the character of Bheki. The initial story-line revolves around Bheki, Qabhanga and Gabisile, however further details surrounding Thobani’s character haven’t been made public as yet.
According to Isolezwe, Thobani Nzuza will enjoy quite a lengthy stay on Uzalo, as his role is meaty and expandable.
Uzalo’s publicist, Marang Setshwaelo confirmed the addition of Thobani Nzuza to the show.

“Thobani has landed a big role on Uzalo and has even started shooting his scenes.
Upon contact with Thobani, he declined to the divulge any further details to the publication, unless advised otherwise by the executives of the show.
Thobani Nzuza is clearly not here to play games. Many might remember him as Mndeni on Mzansi Magic’s hit drama series, eHostela. The talented star has also starred on ETV’s drama series, Isipho.
