Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane has said he would give up another Ballon d’Or award if doing so secured the Champions League title for the German club this season.
Bayern reached the Champions League semi-finals last term but were beaten 6-5 on aggregate by Paris Saint-Germain, who went on to lift the trophy.
Speaking before Bayern’s Champions League match against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday, Kane said: “I think I’d trade the next Ballon d’Or for winning the Champions League. The Ballon d’Or was among the greatest experiences of my life, but lifting the Champions League with Bayern would be an unbelievable feeling.”
The former Tottenham Hotspur striker has yet to win the Champions League during his career.
