In the statement, the service highlighted that the portal used to upload Medical Certificates of Fitness—linked to the earlier reference—will come online on Wednesday, 29 July 2026. Applicants are expected to finish the upload procedure within one week after the portal starts operating.
The agency also instructed candidates to update their current state of residence accurately within the online portal. After updating, they must formally accept the provisional offer of appointment by selecting the “Accept Offer” button.
Following acceptance, successful candidates are told to wait for the release of their Trainee Identification Number. The Customs Service said these identification numbers will be provided within one week, after which the next phase will follow.
Further guidance on documentation and physical screening—including the timing, locations, and specific requirements—will be issued through official channels. The service urged candidates to follow every instruction and meet each deadline strictly.
Failure to comply with the stated requirements or to complete stages within the allotted timelines, the statement warned, could result in disqualification from the recruitment process and the forfeiture of the provisional appointment offer.
