We Are One Color Festival returns
In March and April 2013 tens of thousands of colour-crazy revellers covered Cape Town and Johannesburg in a kaleidoscope of green, orange, pink, yellow and blue at the original WE ARE ONE Colour Festivals.
WE ARE ONE will again cement its status as South Africa’s ‘First and leading Colour Festival’ when it returns to Johannesburg on 23 November 2013 and to Cape Town on 21 March 2014.
Event organisers, award-winning Seed Experiences, has secured the original WE ARE ONE venues for the upcoming festivals to ensure fans enjoy the same surreal festival experience. WE ARE ONE Cape Town will be held at the iconic Grand Parade in the city centre, and WE ARE ONE Johannesburg will be held at renowned festival venue Emmarentia Dam. Currently WE ARE ONE is the only colour festival to be held at these unique venues.
As the first colour festival of its kind to be held in South Africa, WE ARE ONE attracted sell-out crowds. Cape Town tickets sold out one week before the event and Johannesburg tickets sold out one month before, despite an extra 3,000 tickets being released. Seed Experiences encourages both existing and new fans to buy their tickets early to avoid missing out.
Tickets to both Cape Town and Johannesburg festivals have just gone on sale through Webtickets. Seed Experiences ensured that the ticket prices for the new events werenotincreased.
To meet demand, WE ARE ONE will be bigger and better. Capacity for both events has been increased; a top line-up of international and local artists is being finalized; and an exciting new programme will be released soon.
Despite replicas of the original WE ARE ONE Colour Festival cropping up, Seed Experiences is confident that both existing fans and new colour-party colour devotees will support South Africa’s Original EDM Colour Festival.
In April ZAlebs attended the one in Johannesburg and what a hell of a party that festival was, we absolutely can't wait for the second instalment in November, another epic Seed Experience event. Check out this raw footage we took of the color festival a couple of months ago, (Can you spot the Jesus look a like?)
