We would say that Cassper Nyovest is back with the rants on Twitter, but this time he's on to something different. Did Cassper just level up for 2020?

The #FillUp legend, had a terrific 2019 but he has even bigger aspirations for 2020.

He made it public knowledge how he would appreciate Mzansi musicians to work together more and put their egos away. The rapper also said he wants to give fans something to get excited about.

He has definitely not gone without his ups and downs and his beefs with fellow musicians (coughs in AKA) but it looks like he might be ready to move on. The rapper wants to get fans excited again and mentioned collaborations between artists - it sounds like he's all about unity this year.

Good on you, Cassper.

Cassper had this to say on Twitter:

I pray and wish every collabo we do this year connects with the people. We need more teamwork and less egos. Get the fans excited again.

We've also noticed that Cassper has been more vocal about taking a stand about the things that bother him.

Just last week, Cassper had to defend his verse on the popular track, Phoyisa with DJ Maphorisa, Kabza de Small and Qwestakufet, which he expressed the need for SA men to know that gender-based violence and rape is wrong.

What do we call this? Growth. And we support it and so do the fans. Let's see what 2020 has to offer for this Move For Me hitmaker.
