Will There Be Another #FillUp?

Cassper opens up about it's future

Cassper Nyovsts' #FillUp movement started off as a statement - that local acts can "fill up" major venues to - but has since become one of the most anticipated events in local hp-hop.

Every year, Cassper along with an all star line up of hip hop acts have drawn thousands to the #FillUp event every december. So far, the TicketPro Dome in Joburg, Orlando Stadium in Soweto, FNB Stadium in Joburg and Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban, as part of his #FillUp series. But it hasn't been as easy as Cassper was previously making it seem.

Last year's #FillUp was coined a disaster due to poor planning from the Nyovest camp. The event did not make up for all the money spent to organize it. Last month the rapper claimed he was drowning in debt after his last Fill Up concert and was left with R7m debt. This resulted in having to pause all of Family Tree's operations!

Even still, his fans are already hyped for the next one. His impatient fans have been getting a bit impatient as usually by now Cassper is hinting the next #FillUp location. But fans didn't expect to get this response from Cassper.

Cassper is still busy putting the paperwork through so as to avoid the "same mistakes" as last year. I mean, who wants to land themselves in millions in debt twice in a row?

We hope he figures it out soon and give the kids what they're waiting to hear!
