Charlize Theron feels like her baby son is “permanently attached” to her body.
The 36-year-old actress – who announced last month she had adopted little Jackson – pines for the youngster when her work commitments means she has to go out without him as she has gotten so used to doing everything with him in her arms.
She told the Daily Mail newspaper: “It’s amazing what you can do with one arm. “I hold Jackson in one, and we play and do things with the other. It’s like he’s permanently attached to my body.”
As well as raising Jackson, Charlize has been kept busy by promoting ‘Prometheus’ – in which she plays a space exploration company executive – but the screen beauty is refusing to give anything away about the story because it would “spoil” the movie. She said: “I’d have to kill you if I told you! Of course stuff happens, but that would spoil the film for you – and everyone – if I revealed it. You have to wait and be patient.”
However, the actress – who is raising Jackson as a single parent – admitted she had “fun times” working with Noomi Rapace and Michael Fassbender on the Ridley Scott-directed movie. She said: “There was a lot of waiting for shots to be set up and we had some laughs while we were waiting. We had some fun times.”
