The Mother City has made big waves on SA’s Got Talent’s first live semi-finals. The first two SA’s got Talent semi finalists announced in the results show on Wednesday, 10 October at 9:35PM are all from Cape Town.

After a great display of performances from dancers Tiego, Rabbit and Bones pair, the dancing duo Donlynn and Cameron as well as singers, Sammy M and PJ Twins on Tuesday, 9 October. The voting lines were opened and the tallied votes were announced.

The PJ Twins and young dancing duo, Cameron and Donlynn, all from Cape Town are  the winners of the first semi-finals leg. They will go through to the live finale on Thursday, 18 October at 7:30PM.

Says Charlene Lombard, Cameron’s mom: “Cameron was very excited and nervous at the same time during rehearsals, but he was confident that they were going to make it.”

“Donlynn was also anxious and overwhelmed before they performed. But she is overjoyed about their win, and they can’t wait to compete in the finals,” add Naomi Fisher, Donlynn’s mom.

Stay tuned this Thursday, 11 October at 8:30PM on E.tv for the second semi-finals. Only two finalists from this round will join the PJ Twins and Cameron and Donlynn in the finals.
