Actress Ingrid Paulus and husband Denver Vraagom have had their fair share of struggles in life, but through it all they have found a way to make it work.

The couple realised that their daughter was different from other children when she was two, and later discovered that she has autism.

Paulus told YOU Magazine that it hasn’t always been as easy as it is now.

“Every now and then she comes out of her world to fetch us to look for fairies under stones and behind trees.”

“She always wanted to play by herself. She was often deep in thought and would curl her fingers inwards. She could spend hours walking around in a circle and jumping.”

Just like others kids, Skye loves playing with her dolls and doing what every little girl does. Her parents adore her and love her as she is.
