Top Gear team - Gallo ImagesBrace yourself South Africa – The Stig is on our shores and is ready to put the brand-spanking new Audi A6 to the test in three cities!

The Stig, or Ben Collins as his mother calls him, will entertain fans in Jozi, Cape Town and Durban over the next few weeks with his man-of-mystery style of driving in the German car manufacturer’s latest offering.

Collins was given the boot by popular British television show ‘Top Gear’ in 2010 after seven years when he revealed his identity in a bid to obtain more publicity and wealth.

The 36-year-old has since released an autobiography called ‘The Man in the White Suit (The Stig, Le Mans, The Fast Lane and Me)” and will be in Mzansi until July 16.
