Cyan Boujee Announces Social Media Break After MaWhoo Feud

DJ and socialite Cyan Boujee has revealed that she is stepping away from social media following a heated public clash with singer MaWhoo.

Online dispute over businessman

  1. The dispute between the two entertainers centered on their respective connections to a prominent businessman.

  2. As their feud played out online, both women showed off expensive presents they said they had received from him, including luxury homes.

  3. “You own the houses on IG, I own the view in real life,” Cyan wrote in an Instagram Stories post.

  4. MaWhoo responded: “He bought me three homes cash under my name. We talk title deeds, no fake rented houses.”

  5. The situation intensified on Monday when Cyan addressed the issue during a TikTok Live. “I’m not afraid of that girl. I am young; men like [young women]. She must try My Sol. There’s a lot of men out there,” she said.

  6. Cyan continued, “While he’s busy calling and asking me questions, I ask him why he’s been cheating on me. He messed with the wrong one. He’s mine.”

After the online confrontation, Cyan posted a statement on Tuesday confirming that she would be taking time away from her platforms.

“I’ve worked incredibly hard on myself as a person, and I’m disappointed that I allowed one situation to bring out a version of myself I’ve been trying to outgrow,” she said.

She added, “I’m choosing to step away from social media for a little while to reflect, grow and focus on the things that truly matter to me.”

“This chapter of my life is incredibly important to me, and I owe it to myself to protect my peace and continue becoming the woman I’ve worked so hard to be.”
