Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Andile Jali is trending after he took his haters to task on Twitter this week.

It was just a normal day on the timeline until Andile Jali proved just how petty he can be. The Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder found himself trending after he took a moment (in fact, a few moments) to reply to all of his haters one by one by one.

The much-maligned footballer has found himself trending on a number of occasions in the last few months but thankfully this time it was all about his profession as tweeps laughed at the number of clapbacks that the midfielder was delivering. Andile Jali is well-known for his silky skills and clinical finishing on the pitch but he was even more clinical on the timeline as he took a moment to address every single person who made fun of him in 2019 when he was still playing on the bench for Mamelodi Sundowns.

Things have changed now however and now Andile is a starting member of the lethal sundowns lineup and has enjoyed a fantastic start to 2020. With this in mind he took a moment to remind all of the people who were laughing at him when his fortunes went as high as they currently are now in the form of a number of tweets read his hilarious responses below:

Tweeps certainly saw the funny side of Andile's numerous replies, with many pointing out that the father-of-three is a savage. He has been trending ever since he decided to put his haters in their places, also taking a moment to remind his critics that their bank balances will never match his.

It's refreshing to see Andile trending for football-related reasons because things haven't been so rosy in his personal life over the past few months. His 2019 was dominated by tabloid rumours linking him to extramarital affairs and his wife Nonhle Jali was caught in the crossfire.

Let's hope that 2020 continues in this vein for the midfielder who will be hoping to give his haters more reasons to breathe through their wounds.

Sundowns fans, have you been impressed with Andile Jali so far?
