Ayanda Thabethe

Ayanda Thabethe looks breathtakingly beautiful on the latest issue of Previdar magazine. Of course, this doesn’t come as a surprise as the mag always brings it when it comes to their shoots. Whether they have Boity, Pearl Modiadie or Amanda du Pont on the cover, best believe you’ll have gorgeous images.

We read Ayanda’s interview and learned quite a bit about the TV presenter, actress and businesswoman. Here are a few things that stood out:

She’s worked as a junior marketer

Speaking to Previdar about her fearlessness, Ayanda said: “I think it comes from the fact that, like a cat, I myself have lived multiple lives and carried out various roles. I started off as a junior marketer at Johnson and Johnson and later promoted to the role of sales rep for many years, selling medical devices and diagnostics and eventually landing the role of brand manager at L’Oreal.”

Her purpose lies in people

The Top Billing presenter explained: “In my personal capacity, I’m very good at connecting with people, at making people feel good, validated, celebrated and even acknowledged.”

A quiet strength

When asked about her superpower, Ayanda explained that she possesses a quiet strength. “I’d like to believe that I have the kind of strength that doesn’t boast. Interestingly, because of my frame and when you take a look at me you wouldn’t expect it, but I’m a go-getter, I am fearless, I am strong."

“Your greatest message will be spoken by your life, not your lips” 💜 #PREVIDAR

Top Billing

In the interview, she also mentions how challenging yet rewarding it has become, being a Top Billing presenter as it has taught her to improve her worldly knowledge and to constantly better articulate herself.

“I’ve met so many incredible people and witnessed so much beauty in my year as a presenter and I’m so grateful for that.”
