After expressing her disappointment in not winning a South African Music Award (SAMA) this past weekend, Babes Wodumo was also backed up by Mampintsha as well.
In the video Babes Wodumo is seen accusing people of buying awards and explaining how she does not understand why she did not win a SAMA.

Since both videos were released the country has been torn in two as some believe that Babes Wodumo deserved to win whilst others feel that she has not been in the industry long enough to win such an award and that she should just be patient.
On Monday night, West-Ink Records which is responsible for signing Babes Wodumo eventually sent out an apology message to the media and fans expressing how they appreciate all of the opportunities and recognition their artist has been given since she stepped onto the scene.
What are your thoughts on Babes and Mampintsha's outburst?
On the other hand, some people have made light of the situation and started the Mampintsha challenge.
This one is our favouriteΒ thus far.
