Boity drags tweeps who demonise her

Boity Thulo recently took to Twitter to defend herself against people who often demonise her for being a traditional healer. In 2016, the media personality shocked many of her fans when she announced that she was a Sangoma.

“They Called. I Answered. The Proudest, most incredible day of my life. A Beautiful Gift that I will never take for granted. #ThokozaGogo #KgosigadiDabulamanzi #Blessed #OwnYourThrone,” she captioned the picture at the time.

Since the announcement, some people have been judgemental and Boity is finally speaking out. In a series of tweets, the starlet made it clear that she is comfortable with the life she lives:

If you’re going to try and demonize me for believing in my ancestors and the journey they have placed me on, you’re wasting your time. And stop trying to send me to get reprimanded by White Jesus who claims the people who birthed my family are demons. Asomblief. Thanks.

She then ended off her rant with this tweet:
