Boity has spoken to Sowetan about her spiritual journey. The TV presenter and actress, who turned 25 in April, told the paper that she’s had to cut out a lot in her life.
“I realised I had a lot going well and my career, but nothing makes me happy. I knew it had nothing to do with the physical, but with the internal spiritual world and so I went on this journey,” she explained.
According to the paper, the TV personality now goes on spiritual weekend retreats in Magaliesberg, where she’s always the youngest in the group. Boity has reportedly had to cut contact with the outside world as she meditates. She’s also following a strict diet.
The Club 808 presenter told the paper: “Things have moved so fast, but now I like the pace… My career is going good and I can think and breathe more and be with myself and listen to myself instead of rushing.”
