Cassper became a trending topic over the weekend following his fight with Priddy Ugly on Saturday in their heir celebrity boxing match. Almost 5,000 flocked to Sun Arena in Pretoria to watch the match that lasted for two minutes.

Priddy Ugly suffered an embarrassing defeat by Cassper. Speaking to TshisaLIVE after the fight Cassper said: “Experience, skills and sticking to the plan made me win. Staying calm and not rushing.

“In my last fight I rushed and I got tired. I was definitely more nervous this time around. I was nervous before it was time to get into the ring.”

Priddy Ugy has reacted to the bout and he has praised Cassper for working hard to defeat him.

What an experience! Never been knocked down before, so I gotta give it to @casspernyovest – you definitely worked hard & earned your victory, well done champ!

Boxing is exciting, entertaining, takes real guts, heart & discipline.

Let’s continue supporting the sport!

My takeaways from the fight are :

1. You get in the ring, & the game plan goes out the window – maybe from adrenaline rush & the atmosphere in the arena, I don’t know.
2. I never used my jab adequately, kept my distance or created space between us. I didn’t move efficiently.

Survived the worst these last few months. Been tested & had my life on the line several times & we still pushed through & showed up.
More than anything, I’m grateful for my family & the gift of life.
Been extremely blessed & protected.

Gratitude 🙏🏽

Cassper has also revealed that he wants to fight AKA. The rapper has been provoking AKA and he has remained stuck to his beliefs that a boxing match will put an end to their beef.

“I really want the AKA fight but knowing the little scared baby he is , he is going to run until until and avoid this topic. We all know he is scared of me so the question is for Cassper Nyovest. Who’s next ? Who would yall like to see me fight next? #CasspervsPriddyUgly.”
