Television producer and Actress, Connie Ferguson has skills for days. If she’s not flexing those producing and acting muscles on our TV screens; she can be found at a boxing club – punching away!

Connie has been at this boxing thing for a while now, and regularly posts about her boxing journey on Instagram. However this time around, her main objective was to explore the new combos that trainer, Xolisani Nomeva had in store for her.

The former Generations:The Legacy actress has her exercise regimen, to partly thank for that banging body of hers. Not too long ago, Connie posted a picture of her toned body, which also showed off her hard rock abs.

Boxing is clearly becoming a favourite hobby to some of our beloved celebrities in Mzansi.

Mzansi’s prolific rapper, AKA is known to occasionally blow off some steam at a boxing club. Although his objective is not to have a toned body per se but boxing surely does serve as some sort of an outlet for the Fella In Versace hit-maker.
