Enhle Mbali's former domestic worker has allegedly filed a case of unfair dissmissal at the CCMA against her.

According to reports from City Press, she demands R100 000 from the actress. In addition to that, she has already tarnished her reputation by labeling her 'an evil and heartless woman.'

Mpho Koetsi claims that Enhle fired her for gossiping to her estranged husband Black Coffee and his mother. Speaking candidly to City Press, Koetsi who resides in Pimville, Soweto said, "Nkosinathi and his mother used to call on my phone every time they wanted to speak to the kids or when he was overseas."

She continued by saying that speaking to them was probably the sin that got her fired. Coffee and his mother would communicate with Koetsi and ask if the kids needed anything. Even though she would speak to them, she claims she never once spoke ill of Enhle or interfered in her marriage.

Shortly after the marriage started becoming rocky, Enhle's former employee alleges that the actress started keeping a close eye on everyone and invaded their privacy.

The argument on social media is that her timing is questionable, considering the fact that Enhle is going through a divorce with her husband. Speaking out now, in the midst of Enhle's divorce, seems to suggest that she is 'showing' the public that Enhle is 'not as innocent as she paints herself to be.' Koetsi was replaced immediately after being fired and now she demands the 100k for the embarrassment and said it will be enough as she searches for a new job.

In Black Coffee's statement, he mentioned that there are two-sides to every story, however, he made it clear that he was not prepared to speak ill of Enhle and his in-laws. Could this be what he meant?

With everything that is transpiring, the couple asked for privacy during this difficult time.

The mother of 4 has not spoken out about these claims, however retweeted a few tweets made by fans who say the worker was not supposed to talk to the media about their private lives.
