Lady Zamar is one artist who is very vocal about gender-based-violence (GBV) especially as she is someone who has experienced it first hand.

The singer took to Twitter to give thanks to every man who has never laid a finger on a woman, threatened her, beat her or in any way abused a woman.
“Big thanks to all the men who fight alongside women to stop Gender-Based Violence, protecting their wives, daughters, sisters, friends, aunts, moms, cousins,” shared Lady Zamar.
Her tweet just after a few when she last tweeted about GBV which resulted in many people bringing up her former relationship with musician Sjava.
This time tweeps rather said that men shouldn’t be thanked for doing something that they should be doing.
