In 2018, Metro FM had one of its most controversial interviews when Mo Flava and Masechaba Ndlovu interviewed Babes Wodumo on their Drivetime show. At the time of the interview, Masechaba questioned Babes about the alleged abuse she was experiencing in her relationship with Mampinstha and many people dragged Masechaba for her approach.
A year after the interview, Masechaba was fired from Metro FM and in an interview with Pearl Thusi on Behind The Story, Masechaba opened up about how she felt like her colleague, Mo Flava, did not stand with her after she received backlash from fans and management.
Masechaba also said that Mo Flava knew that she was going to ask the question regarding Babes' alleged abuse and that he 'nodded' his head in the studio prompting her to ask. Taking to Twitter, Mo Flava cleared his name and denied Masechaba's claims. Take a look at the tweet below:
