She claims the 'Bantu Knots' are ghetto!

Minnie Dlamini has landed herself in hot water following her caption of a picture she posted which seems to degrade African hairstyles.

She posted a picture of herself rocking Bantu Knots, which is a historic South African Zulu hairstyle that has also been adapted by many black women in various parts of the world.

Switching her weave for this proudly South African look, she looked gorgeous, might we add, however stepped on so many toes with her caption as she labelled the hairstyle "ghetto."

"Just because it's ghetto, doesn't mean it's not fabulous Loving my #BantuKnots," she wrote.

Minnie's picture went viral and Mzansi is ready to cancel her. The fact that she looks slightly like Boity and DJ Zinhle was overlooked, social media users are livid at her degrading natural hair.
