The Coming 2 America actress, hosted a Q&A session on Instagram, when a fan asked her how to deal with heartbreak, Nomzamo replied and poked fun at the fan.
What ruffled many people's feathers was her sarcastic response. Nomzamo burst into laughter and many were really annoyed by her loud laughter.
The actress responded and said "We are strong, we are moving" she further asked what heartbreak is, and whether it is a shopping mall or a street. Many were not impressed with her response and, said she was throwing shades at the fan.
Nomzamo has since muted her Twitter account after many spewed bile on her. Tweeps said she still misses her ex Maps Maponyane. Some even dragged her and said she had too much wine.
In a couple of screenshots shared by fans, the actress was crying out loud for help she said she was so heartbroken.
This got some concerned about her well-being.
