[VIDEO]: Zakwe Shows Off Awards!

Zakwe was on flex mode, when he reminded those with amnesia that his awards collection is super lit and impressive.

The Roots rapper, proudly took to the streets of Twitter and showed off his impressive set of awards, which include a, SAMA, VOYY, SATMA ,SAHHA and a plaque.

Rappers are known to unashamedly flaunt their wealth through their music or social media. Well, except for Zakwe, who has never jumped on this bandwagon. It is a well known fact that, mainstream is where most of the money is at, but for the Kwa Mashu native, he has opted to stick to his guns –   which is to make music that deeply resonates with his reality and the vibe of his soul.

In a video shared on Twitter, Zakwe stated that some of his awards are with him, while others are still at his former record company. But he’s looking forward to winning more awards in the future.
