Paralympian Oscar Pistorius has been convicted of murder.
The Supreme Court of Appeal overturned Judge Thokozile Masipa’s culpable homicide conviction for the death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
Oscar is currently on house arrest after serving just ten months of his five-year sentence.
Masipa will now have to re-sentence Oscar.

Judge Eric Leach said Oscar's evidence was contradictory, adding that it was impossible to know his reason for firing through the bathroom door was.
