This has been one tight race for electronic rap duo P.H.fat who received the most public votes and will now have the honour of being the only local act to perform at the Vodacom In The City concert.
P.H.fat will be performing alongside international line-ups such as Rudimental, MGMT, Crystal Fighters and The Presets.
If you’re not too familiar with the rap duo’s music , we’re sure you’re quite familiar with their single “Lights Out” featuring Ray Phiri’s daughter Nonku Phiri who know goes by the stage name “JungFreud”
On the 3rd of October P.H.fat will take on the Vodacom In The City stage, promising an explosive mish-mash rap sound that has been causing a frenzy amongst their avid following.
“Shout-out to Vodacom and all the homies who voted for us. We’re really excited to put together a show that takes the crowd somewhere brand new,” says P.H.fat’s Smooth Mike when they were asked about their win.
