Stogie T highlights the dark side of Black Twitter in what one can call a social experiment of sorts and single.

Ah man, this is tricky. So yeah, remember the tricky tweet that got Twitter throwing L's at Stogie? Uhm, yeah those were song lyrics.

His intention via the posting was to show how Twitter was a negative space where people thrive off being worst kind of people to each other. The crazy thing though was that beyond the negative responses to his tweet, he found a response from a rapper that ended up becoming the person he featured on the song.

Nomonde Sky joins Stogie to denounce the irrational behaviour of Black Twitter and put herself on the pedestal with some dope word work. The end result though not only showed the dark side of Twitter but also began the conversation around whether upcoming artists should work hard to put themselves on or they should always pander to the gatekeepers of musical institutions in SA. Regardless, thought provoking stuff and at least it should give people something to think about before they bust shots via their Twitter fingers. Listen to it below:
