Former child-star turned SABC 3 show host, Musa Mthombeni, excited the timeline after he shared two pictures of himself and actress, Thuso Mbedu at the 2018 South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTA’s) and hinted at a crush on her in the photos.
He captioned the first: “I’m ready to risk it all… Ready to default a few home loan repayments here… Ready to move to the homelands and start farming… Ready to be a father of 12…”
He then followed that up with a post the next day captioned:
“Hi @ThusoMbedu , I need the address for the delivery of the cows for next week. Uncle Madluphuthu will be there at 8am sharp. It’s not a negotiation. Whatever your family wants they’ll get.

In that same vain, he took to the timeline to reflect on a moment that happened this past weekend, after they laid his beloved friend, Akhumzi Jezile to rest. Mthombeni shared how, at the funeral, his mother allegedly walked up to Mbedu to ask her why she isn’t giving her son a chance and giving her grandchildren.
Mbedu then responded sweetly before clarifying that it just wasn’t going to happen.
What a pity. They would make such a cute it-couple.
