“Spud” leading actor Troye Sivan has announced to the world that he is in actual fact gay! Now this shouldn’t be a shocker to anyone, mostly because many before him have opened up about their sexuality (the latest being NBA basketball player Jason Collins.) ‘Spud’…sorry…Troye made the announcement on his personal YouTube account where he mentioned that he first opened up about his homosexuality to his family in 2010 at the age of 15. The now 18 year old actor looked terribly nervous (understandably so) when he made the news public for the whole world to know, so before we spoil the whole coming out video for you, watch it all here:
Well done on such a brave decision young Troye. Respect!
