It's always important to keep up with the latest in fashion. I mean, how else are we all going to reach our peak instagram potential?

We've done some of the work for you in order to do a little more trend spotting! We looked at the latest looks from a few of our fashion savvy ZAlebs to bring you the easiest trends to incorporate into your wardrobe!

A Walk on the Wild Side
A huge trend this year has been the return of the leopard print. This animal print, and other prints similar are becoming more frequent on the style blogs. Get yourself something flowy and comfortable that you can still wear in summer because it will still be a hot trend. We love how Bonang found herself a flowy jumpsit and styled it with a Gucci belt.

A Touch of Fur
With winter comes the furs. But this winter isn't too cold in most places so a coat would be too much. That's why, this season, little details of fur on your clothes and accessories is a major trend. Look for this fun detail on shoes, accessories and clothing. Just look how cute the fur cuffs are on this look. Kefilwe Mabote completed the look with a Givenchy bag.

One Colour Fits All
Now, this trend takes a bitt more planning to do it right. The monochrome trend is a fave in winter. This means just wear one colour - or varying shades of the same colour - in one outfit. Always pick a colour that fits the occasion but rich jewel tones always work best. We like how Lerato Kganyago matched her purple coat to her purple thigh-high boots and Gucci velvet bag.

Spot the Spoti
The Spoti is a South African style staple you shouldn't be without. Also known as the Bucket Hat, this is a great additional shield from the cold. You can't wear the same hat every morning until the weather warms up again. The spoti is a great way to add some variety to your look, just how DJ Zihle did when she paired hers with this limited edition Rich Mnisi shirt.
