Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband will remain her conservator until August, a judge has ruled.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt was put in charge of the ailing actress’ affairs last July and a review which took place yesterday (09.01.13) said he should remain in charge and will have to account for her assets.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz said Frederic must provide details about his wife’s finances by July so she can examine them before the case is reviewed again on August 21.

LeAnne Maillian, an attorney appointed on behalf of Zsa Zsa, wrote a report saying Frederic has ”generally” taken good care of his wife and compiled with terms of a settlement that required strict financial oversight.

The report goes on to state it appeared Frederic had used some of his 95-year-old spouse’s money to pay his own expenses but he has already repaid the sum. She also said she receives monthly financial reports about the actress’ estate.

Frederic’s attorney William Remery declined to state how much was repaid.

Zsa Zsa’s daughter Francesca Hilton has previously questioned whether her step-father is properly caring for her mother and her finances.

Her attorney Kenneth Kossoff said he is seeking more details about the actress’ medical care but did not explain what he is looking for.

Zsa Zsa – who is bedridden – has suffered a string of health problems in recent years, including having her right leg amputated in 2011 and, more recently, undergoing surgery to prevent infection around a feeding tube.
