Watching celebrities battle it out on MTV Base's Lip Sync Battle Africa is our favorite past time these days,  and it seems actor Tumisho Masha will be giving us a great performance

Every Thursday night we make a date with Lip Sync Battle Africa to watch Africa's biggest celebrities sharpen their lip-syncing skills on stage.

So grab your karaoke microphones, as we cheer on the next celebs to battle it out, South African actor Tumisho Masha and Big Brother Africa 5 winner, Uti Nwachukwu.

ZAlebs caught up with Tumisho to find out what we can expect from his performance on Thursday night.

“I’m looking forward to having the public see me do something that is a bit different from what they’re used to seeing me do. I love the fact that they’ll be witnessing me having quite a lot of fun, considering that half of the time when they do see me on TV I’m quite serious. So this time around it’s all fun and games.”

Tumisho will be taking this joy ride quite seriously. As you can see from the image below, Tumisho will be tapping into his feminine side during the competition. He says it’s one part of the competition you do not want to miss.

“I most certainly enjoyed that part of the competition. Thankfully, I wasn’t made to wear any female underwear, that would’ve been extremely uncomfortable. But I was quite comfortable in the garments, it was part of the performance and I was willing to take it there.

"The idea was to create a performance that the audience would enjoy, and I think we did a pretty good job at it. I hope the viewers enjoy themselves.”

The actor mentioned that if his daughter ever considered walking in her father’s acting footsteps, he would definitely support her career decision.

“I’d definitely say she must go for it. I would say that she must do what she enjoys and what she feels in her heart. I also think she’d be great, she’s already a little performer as it is. It’s funny because as soon as she sees the camera she starts posing and dancing."
