There's nothing like a Friday that falls under month end because this means two things; the weekend is here, and some of us got paid.

Two reasons which can cause a lot of happiness for people, yet at the same time it can be a bit depressing, and it's all thanks to mood-killers like debit orders and knowing that in a couple of days, we're back to Monday and grinding.

However, while we're still on that month-end high, we've come across a hilarious hash-tag that had has us rolling on the floor with laughter.

If you search #MonthEndGotMe on Twitter, you will come across a number of tweets by many social media users who are either expressing their joy or sadness with regards to the end of the month.

As mentioned, some people that are employed are currently enjoying their trip to the ATM today as their bank balances are looking somewhat healthy.

Unfortunately this glorious trip to the ATM is about to be short-lived as soon as the financial responsibilities start kicking in. Remember guys we still need to pay rent, food and oh yes, those debit order notifications are locked and loaded, so spend wisely.

It also looks like people are experiencing some rather awkward moments with their landlords.

And can we please say a little prayer for all those entrepreneurs who are trying to make it work but business is just not going good.

Oh of course, then there's black tax and tax in general.

Some people have it so bad they're counting the years until they get that old age grant.

But regardless of how month end has you feeling, just don't forget to be grateful and remember to treat yourself once in a while, no matter how bleak things may seem.

Happy Friday folks.
