Nadia Nakai has been waiting for a SPAN to release her new album but now, even according to her, its closer to its release than ever before. Bragga confirmed the news on social media this week and her fans are ridiculously excited for her.
Nadia Nakai has been hard at work on her first ever full body of work and on Tuesday this week she revealed that she was putting the final touches on her debut album.
Nadia wrote on Instagram:
"Camping out at the Universal studios this whole week putting the finishing touches on my album! Guys I’m sooooo excited! And scared alittle! Lol! It’s almost upon us!"
Secondly, if you're surprised that this is Nadia Nakai's first ever studio album, you should know a few things about why this momentous occasion has taken so long.
Since signing to Family Tree, Nadia Nakai has released a slew of singles as well as her tasteful EP, 2016's Bragga. The natural follow up to Bragga would have been a studio album, but for one reason or another the project has been held up.
Back in 2018, Cassper Nyovest hinted that the material Nadia had recorded was not up to scratch, revealing she had to rework a sizeable chunk of her material.

However, at the beginning of 2019 everybody in Family Tree was singing from the same hymn sheet and we were assured that Nadia's album would be dropping this year.
