Dangote Refinery has lifted the ex-depot price of petrol by N75, moving the cost to N1,350 per litre from the prior rate of N1,275. The adjustment marks the first fuel price increase from the refinery during May.
The latest change follows just seven days after the company raised its ex-depot petrol price from N1,200 to N1,275 per litre. It also continues a recent pattern of hikes: the refinery had increased the ex-depot price on April 29 by N75.
