The celebrated Swimming Section of Ikoyi Club 1938 is set to be buzzing today, with the venue hosting the 2026 Zenith Bank Inter-School Swimming Gala.
9th edition of Nigeria’s top youth meet
Entering its ninth year, the event has grown into a leading developmental platform for young swimmers, widely seen as Nigeria’s most important grassroots battleground in the sport. Organisers are expecting a standout edition, with an electric atmosphere, record-shattering potential, and standout displays from the country’s brightest up-and-coming talents in the pool.
Schools, events and age-group structure

- Races will feature major swimming disciplines, including Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly, and Individual Medley.
