Kano Pillars FC have confirmed a sweeping overhaul of their technical and support operations, describing the move as a step toward raising professionalism, boosting efficiency, and improving accountability throughout the club.
The restructuring was signed off by the club’s management under General Manager Ahmed Musa and is already in force. As part of the changes, the club has dissolved all previously existing committees and ended appointments across every department.
Several members of the organisation have been impacted, with technical and support personnel from the Junior Pillars and U-19 setups among those relieved of their duties. The club also stated that a number of first-team support staff have been terminated as part of the exercise.
To fill the vacancies created by the restructuring, Kano Pillars have opened applications for the affected roles. Interested candidates are required to submit their credentials to the Kano Pillars Secretariat within one week.
The club added that individuals whose positions were ended due to the reorganisation will be allowed to reapply for the newly available posts.
Kano Pillars said the overall objective is to reinforce its institutional framework while ensuring it can continue to build and sustain sporting excellence.
