On a day-to-day basis, that represented a fall of <strong>N3.23<\/strong> against the dollar at the official market.<\/p>\n<p>In contrast, the black market rate was unchanged on Thursday at <strong>N1,400 per dollar<\/strong>, the same level recorded on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The move in the official rate comes alongside improved external buffers.
