A market check found NNPCL stations selling petrol at <strong>N1,150 per litre<\/strong>, down from <strong>N1,210<\/strong> previously.<\/p>\n<h2>NNPCL\u2019s latest cut and the broader fuel-price backdrop<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>NNPCL reduced its premium petrol pump price to <strong>N1,150 per litre<\/strong>, a move that takes the price down by <strong>N60<\/strong> from the earlier level of <strong>N1,210<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The most recent adjustment continues a short run of declines: between <strong>June 27 and July 5, 2026<\/strong>, NNPCL lowered fuel pricing by a total of <strong>N110<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The new retail cut arrives just <strong>three days<\/strong> after Dangote Refinery announced its <strong>fourth<\/strong> gantry fuel-rate reduction, bringing its rate down to <strong>N1,075 per litre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the same period, earlier reporting indicated that other marketers\u2014<strong>NIPCO<\/strong>, <strong>AA Rano<\/strong>, and <strong>Ranoil<\/strong>\u2014had also reduced their petrol prices, placing retail figures in a band of <strong>N1,205 to N1,240 per litre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The timing of the cuts tracks with a drop in international oil benchmarks at the time of the market survey.
