Maikaba has brought in Ortega Deniran as first assistant, Abdullahi Biffo as second assistant, and Usman Mohammed as the goalkeepers\u2019 trainer as he looks to build a side capable of making Nigeria proud.<\/p>\n<p>Maikaba revealed the appointments on Thursday. The move comes as his squad is scheduled to return to camp in Abuja on Sunday, 17 May, with plans to begin preparations in earnest for the forthcoming WAFU B Under-20 Boys Championship in July.<\/p>\n<p>The WAFU B Under-20 Boys Championship will also function as the qualifying tournament for next year\u2019s Africa Under-20 Cup of Nations. Nigeria\u2019s Flying Eagles have won the continental title seven times.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Eboboritse Uwejamomere has been appointed head coach of Nigeria\u2019s Under-17 boys team and has named his support staff to help construct a new Golden Eaglets group.
