Speaking on Friday in Abeokuta, he said the selection of Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola\u2014widely known as \u201cYayi\u201d\u2014as the party\u2019s governorship contender has boosted expectations within both APC ranks and among residents across Ogun State ahead of the 2027 general election.<\/p>\n
Fagbenro told journalists that, if elected, the candidates are positioned to provide effective representation and advance a more deliberate style of governance for the people.<\/p>\n
In his remarks, he extended congratulations to Senator Adeola for winning the governorship ticket, adding that the victory reflected the trust placed in him by the party. He also congratulated Hon. Babatunde Tella on securing the House of Assembly nomination to represent the Abeokuta North State Constituency.<\/p>\n
