Sureshnie Rider was spotted at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards which took place at the Galen Centre in Los Angeles.

“We were in LA for about five days and I got to go with a family of four who had won the prize through Nickelodeon and You Magazine. However, I represented 5fm and was the only member of press to represent Africa on the Actual Orange Carpet,” explains Sureshnie.

Sureshnie excitedly told us a major highlight of her trip was being privy to so many exclusive chats with celebrities while standing on the Orange Carpet. “It was such a great honour to attend the event, not to mention being able to say I was in the same room as First Lady Michelle Obama,” says Sureshnie.

“I met some of Nickelodeon’s brightest actors such as Chris Rock, Sugar Ray Leonard, Diggy Simmons, Ariel Winter and Sarah Hyland from Modern Family, Holly Robinson Peete, Rachel Crowe, Ashley Tisdale and Katy Perry. I had an amazing chat with Nick Cannon about his brand new band that he’s mentoring. Kelly Osbourne even blew me a kiss…especially for South Africa.”
