Gym Ain’t The Place For Jessica

The incredibly sexy Jessica Alba has spoken of her deep-lying hatred for gym.

How does she maintain her amazing body then, you may ask? Well, the 31-year-old much prefers to dance than head to a packed gym to keep in shape.

Alba told Women’s Health magazine: ‘I like doing dance classes. That’s fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core Pilates-type exercises.

‘And sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out. Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that’s so much better for me than anything that’s repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving.

‘So when I’m at home and I’m working out and I don’t have a partner with me, I like to put bad television on. Usually a pretty embarrassing reality TV show and I do sprint intervals. So I’ll sprint for a minute and walk for 30 seconds and do that on and off for 20-30 minutes usually.’

Keep doing what you’re doing, Jessica – we love it!

Kim On Her Hands And Knees

Kim Kardashian is so desperate to end her marriage to Kris Humphries that she has started begging a judge to help her out.

Kim is currently pregnant with Kanye West’s baby, but is still legally married to Humphries – making her life a little complicated at present.

According to gossip website TMZ, Kim has stated in court documents that ‘the health and well-being of my unborn child’ is at risk due to the stress which she is currently dealing with, while her life in general could be ‘full’ with a divorce.

The court document is said to aim to pull on the heartstrings of the judge dealing with the divorce and Kim hopes her pleading will push the process on a little bit quicker.

Oh, fame. Have fun now, clean up the mess later?

There Is No Place Like Home…

British actor Idris Elba has revealed he took some drastic steps during a lean spell earlier in his career.

The ‘Thor’ star is now a success, but things were not always as rosy, with the 40-year-old admitting that he used to sleep in his car because he feared his home was to blame for a dry spell.

Elba told GQ magazine: ‘I remember thinking I’ve gotta make something of myself here (after arriving in New York).

‘I just parked my car near where I lived. I thought about going upstairs, but the energy was so bad, so I slept in my car.

‘And I did that for six weeks. Go home, take a shower, but there was nowhere to go.’

Troubled Times Ahead For Judith?

Award-winning jazz artist, Judith Sephuma, is currently being investigated for culpable homicide after she ran over a 79-year-old woman in Soweto.

It is reported that Sephuma bumped into the woman while she was crossing Mofolo Street in Soweto on the morning of January 28.

The woman was rushed to the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, where she died two hours after admission due to her injuries.

Sephuma hasn’t appeared in court yet, while Soweto police spokesperson Kay Makhubela said the authorities are still waiting for the post-mortem report before they send it to the NPA for a decision as to whether to prosecute.

Sephuma is supposed to be recording her first gospel album next week Friday and Saturday at the Lyric Theatre in Johannesburg. Whether that will still go ahead remains up in the air.

Dark Days For Brown

Controversial singer Chris Brown has revealed that things are not going too well for him at the moment.

Brown has struggled to steer clear from problems of late, with a recent bust up with R&B singer Frank Ocean adding more woe to his alleged faking of community service documents.

The issues started for Brown when he physically assaulted girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 and things have seemingly spiralled out of control since.

The singer is now having to live with the consequences of his actions, but it appears he is struggling to do so.

Brown wrote on his Instagram account: ‘Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!!

‘Just when everything seems to be going good, some new s**t happens. A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not! (sic)’

Bieber – Welcome To Stardom

Justin Bieber is fed up with the public focusing on his personal life and has asked to purely be looked at as an ‘artist’.

The 18-year-old superstar is constantly in the spotlight for what happens off the stage, but he is asking for all of that to change.

Bieber chatted to TV talk show host Jimmy Fallon about his new album ‘Believe Acoustic’ and the furore surrounding his personal life, saying: ‘It’s just good music. It just shows that I wasn’t made, I was found on YouTube and it shows people music is music.

‘That’s what you need to focus on – listening to the music. I’m an artist. I’m not – I’m a singer and I want to show people what I love to do.’

He added: ‘I wanted to basically strip it down so it’s just me and an acoustic guitar. Some of it is me and a piano but most of it is just raw me.

‘I think the fans really like it because it’s just kind of how I started. I started with just me on the internet. Not really with all the produced pop music and so it’s just that it’s just really mellowed down and I feel like it’s made for all ages.’

Brand Is Letting Go

Actor Russell Brand has revealed that his need to protect ex-wife Katy Perry has disappeared from his life.

Brand and Perry called time on their marriage in 2011 after just over a year, and although Brand admits it is difficult, the time has come to finally let go of the one he used to care so much about.

The 37-year-old told Sirius XM DJ Howard Stern: ‘You have to let go of the instinct to protect someone once you divorce them.’

The English star then insisted he didn’t want to go into too much detail: ‘So help me God, Howard Stern, I will not compromise my ex-wife’s vagina for the sake of ratings. That woman was perfect from top to bottom!”

Lively Crushing On Beyonce

Actress Blake Lively is so entranced by Beyonce Knowles that she has admitted to wanting the singer to have her children.

Lively’s revelation came following Beyonce’s stellar performance during the half-time show of the 2013 Super Bowl, with the actress admitting the singer is ‘amazing’.

She told E! News: ‘Oh, my gosh! I just want Beyonce to be the mother of my children.

‘She was amazing! I can’t, I can’t even. I don’t even have words for her.’

Lively was clearly exaggerating when she spoke to E! News, but it would be very interesting to see what kind of baby the beautiful Beyonce and Lively’s gorgeous husband Ryan Reynolds would make.

Wow – now that would be a superstar in the making!

Travolta Escapes Lawsuit

John Travolta has dodged a bullet following the withdrawal of a lawsuit for sexual assault which was laid against him.

According to plaintiff Fabian Zanzi, Travolta allegedly exposed himself while on a Royal Caribbean cruise in 2009 and then offered a bribe to make the situation go away.

However, Zanazi has decided to drop the charges after the legal fees to pursue the case became far too expensive for him.

Travolta, who is maintaining his innocence, was clearly delighted with the lawsuit falling away, with his lawyer Marty Singer telling RadarOnline.com: ‘My client and our firm are very pleased that Mr. Zanzi has agreed to dismiss the lawsuit.’

We would have loved to have been a fly on the wall on that fateful day…

Kris Jenner: No Divorce For Me!

Kim Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, has revealed that she is still head over heels in love with her husband Bruce.

The couple have been married for 22 years and have two daughters together – Kendall and Kylie – but rumours of late have led people to speculate that their marriage may be over.

However, Kris has quashed the talk, telling The View: ‘We are not getting divorced – not in a million bazillion years.’

Meanwhile, Kris has asked the public to stop looking back upon Kim’s marriage to Kris Humphries as a bad thing, asking at the same time for everyone to move on.

‘She got married for the right reasons at the time – he’s a great guy. It didn’t work out – let’s move on,’ she added.

Maybe Kim should have taken a leaf out of her mother’s book?
