AKA shared a picture of his pride and joy’s first visit to the doctor on social media. 

The rapper took some time out from protesting against tuition fees to get treatment for Baby K, who apparently has a “cough and a sniffle”.

Zinhle still out of town, so AKA is on daddy duty. 

The DJ was recently in Miami for P. Diddy’s REVOLT Music Conference, and also visited New York.

She’ll be landing back in SA on Saturday.
