Just when we thought we were going to a have a peaceful Sunday, things took a turn for the worse when the best in house music bumped heads with the best in hip hop.
Black Coffee struck a nerve when he tweeted that some of our local hip hop artists are not producing authentic music. After hearing Drake's Charged Up track, which is directed at Meek Mill, the DJ took to Twitter and wrote:
This didn't settle well with AKA, who then went on Twitter to defend local hip hop. He made it clear that he doesn't appreciate Coffee's comment.
The internationally-renowed DJ didn't take the attack sitting down and responded with a piece of advice for the award-winning rapper.
As always, the Twitter world was torn between Team Black Coffee and Team AKA...
