Have you ever come across a backpack that actually spoke to you as an individual, a bag that not only represents your identity but also makes you look stylish at the same time? Well, we think we’ve just found a range of backpacks that fills that description.
Sprayground backpacks are by far one of the most stylish urban backpacks we’ve come across. It’s not enough that the bags are also worn by A-list celebrities such as the likes of Snoop Dogg, Justin Bieber, August Alsina, Chris Brown and Christina Milian. And with the backpacks finally reaching our continent it was high-time we also had our own Sprayground African ambassador.
It was no surprise when we found out that rapper, Da Les, would be the first official African ambassador for the backpacks. Not only is he one of the few celebrities who is at the forefront of urban culture and style but as someone who travels a lot he understands the importance of having a backpack on hand when hopping from one plane to another.
Last week ZAlebs was invited to the Sprayground photo shoot with Da Les which took place at the heart of Jozi. Together with the Sprayground team and Da Les we made our way to the rooftop of the Liberty Building situated on 17 Wolmarans Street overseeing a beautiful view of Jozi’s sky-scrapers.
As the photographers snapped away at Da Les swagged out attire not forgetting backpacks we managed to have a word with Sprayground’s African distributor – Peter Loulianou who explained the whole backpack movement and why they specifically chose Da Les as their first African ambassador.
