If you thought there was bad blood between Asanda Nzwaki Geleba and Bongani Khoza, think again.
The two really had us in stitches on Mzansi Magic's Date My Family on Sunday evening, especially after he demanded she bring back his skaftin (tupperware) after their date. In case you were wondering, Asanda gave it back.
In fact, the two have been on two other dates since the show aired. Speaking about her experience on the reality show, Asanda, who manages A List Nail Couture in Melrose, said: "I had a good time, I like the dating scene and meeting new people."
She said she and Bongani hit it off immediately. "We had a connection and we have a lot in common. I've seen him twice after the date."
Asanda explained that they both have busy schedules and therefore can't see each other as often as they want to. However, they speak on the phone daily. "If it were not for those dynamics, sure we'd meet all the time."
Although there are no intentions of marriage or anything serious yet, Asanda hasn't ruled out being in a relationship with Bongani. "I have nothing against against finding a life partner. Right now I'm not looking for a husband, I'm still building myself."
Oh, and she added that she brought back the skaftin. Asanda, who also runs her accessories business on weekends, explained: "I took it back. We both had a laugh about it. He gets me, I get him. He's not hung up on things."
