Don’t you just love it when a new programme hits our television screens- especially when it’s a locally produced product with quality content? When a second season of that show is said to be in the pipe-line, it just makes our television downtime an even pleasurable leisure to enjoy.
One television show we’re eager to see again is etv’s Ek se: Let’s Talk with Masechaba Lekalake which kicked of its second season yesterday, (Hope you watched it was absolutely entertaining)
The show is a serious-toned talk show that deals with the kinds of social issues that are often whispered over townships fences. However, what made it refreshing was that we saw journalist, Masechaba tackle these issues with the likes of Tol Ass Mo and socialite Refilwe Modiselle. They brought an interesting and somewhat entertaining angle when addressing social issues that affect the man on the street.
Tol Ass Mo also kept it real with us South Africans yesterday and enforced the importance of being more patriotic than ever. We heard the comedian loud and clear, however we found it a little funny that he kept on cursing us out at the same time. Guess we deserve it after being so Americanized for so many years!
We die bcuz we bottle up things inside, I will not sit bck & smile take pictures with u,Den u go buy a jayz cd instead of levels Voetsek! !
