Throughout his entertainment career, we’ve seen Euphonik take an interest in another passion - property. Researching property opportunities has become something he enjoys more than DJing in front of thousands across the country and the world.
ZAlebs asked him where this interest of property ownership came from.
"I've always been a serial saver and I was constantly looking for and researching things that I could do to invest my money in and property. Everyone needs a place of shelter. More than the property I'm interested in spaces and turning those spaces from a dream to reality. I've only just scratched the surface. I'm still to do far more."
We also informed Euphonik that many of you (our valued readers) constantly share with us your hopes and dreams of being in the entertainment industry. Euphonik was kind enough to offer his own advice about the correct direction to take when planning on venturing into the entertainment world. This is what he had to say:
"I would say do the homework and research. Like anything else you need to educate yourself about the business, you want to get into. Passion is also extremely important so make sure you are passionate about it because passion will always drive you to succeed. You also need a tough skin because the pains and pressures of the business are intense and not for the weak."
Another interesting business venture Euphonik is invested in is his own Superga sneaker edition. Euphonik says his creative input is valued with this project.
"I like to be hands on with anything my name is put on so I'm very hands on with the shoe and it’s also great that the team at Superga are as passionate about the partnership as I am."
He also added how he managed to get Superga to work with him on this project.
"A few years ago I noticed u18s wore Superga's because I play at a lot of the u18 events and parties so after seeing that I approached Superga and we started talking."
Now we know that some of you are wondering if Euphonik is willing to take someone under his wing to mentor. Here's what he had to say:
"I don't mind sharing information but I'm very weary about how I use my time. At the moment, I don't think I've even reached 10% of my potential so I'm still working hard on making myself a stronger and a bigger brand. In my mind, I’m still up and coming that’s why I still work like there's someone else working double as hard to take my place."
Euphonik currently has a track out, entitled Don't want to be your friend featuring Mi Casa, and mentioned that working with the band was nothing but fun and that they would be releasing a music video from the single at the end of February.
